Onstage collection gladly accepts returns and offer you 14 days of return from the date of you receipt. Please contact us on mail on email@example.com and tell us you want to return your order and fill out the return form and send it with the shipment. Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags attached. When returning a product without the original packaging and with signs of use, you are liable for any deterioration of the product value. Return of goods is at own expense. Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account.

What payment methods can I use at onstagecollection.dk?
In our shop you can pay with: Dankort, Visa and Mobilepay.
If you represent a company or a public institution, you may contact us for payment by invoice.
Is it secure to pay with Dankort or credit card at onstagecollection.com?
When you pay with Dankort or a credit card, you can be sure that nobody comes in possession of your card number, etc. We have an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that the data is encrypted in communication between the cardholder, onstagecollection.dk and other parties in the deal. This means that unauthorized persons cannot get your card information during the transaction.
What if my credit card has been stolen or misused ?
You always have the option to refuse a payment when you receive your statement. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL in its payment system. You are thus better protected than in the physical world where you have an excess of 1200DKK, when your credit card is abused using your pin code.
When do the charges appear on my account?
The amount of the order is deducted only when the goods are sent from our facility. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved when placing the order. The indication on your account statement will be our company name NBA Trading ApS.
I have a complain about the product, what do I do?
Onstagecollection provides warranty under the Sale of Goods Act for general defects identified during the product’s normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects must be reported to onstagecollection within a reasonable time after the fault or defect has been discovered or should have been discovered. In connection with complaints onstagecollection covers shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
I received the wrong item, what do I do?
If we have come to send the wrong item, we ask you to contact us by mail or phone. You will then receive a return label, which you will use to return the goods. Once the wrongly delivered product is returned in the same condition as received, we will send the right item.
